Boatyard Riverfront Park – Boat Ramps
Boatyard Riverfront Park is a 19 acre community park located adjacent to the South fork of the Holston River.
The Park features include:
2 boat ramps accessing the South Holston River. Each ramp has adjacent parking to accommodate boat trailers.
Access to the Kingsport Greenbelt, barbecue grills, bicycle racks, a children’s playground, fishing piers, a flatboat replica, historic markers, park benches, two 42′ x 26′ picnic shelters with picnic tables, picnic tables, public restrooms and/or portolets (off season), a swinging bridge connecting to Long Island and water fountains are also available at the park. Boatyard Riverfront Park is open dawn to dark, except when scheduled for events. Fishing is allowed until 10:30 p.m. (Valid Tennessee fishing license required.)
